The entire area of the Saundörfl (consisting of saunas, steam baths, mountain lake, whirlpool, rest area, ice grotto, adventure shower) is open from 12 pm to 7 pm. The mountain sauna is open from 3 pm to 7 pm. There is also an infrared cabin available in the sauna area (from 12 pm to 1 pm at no extra charge).

Monday and Friday, 2.30 pm to 15.30 pm, the sauna is only open to women
Tuesday and Saturday, 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm, the sauna is only open to men
Thursday and Sunday, 12 pm to 15.30 the sauna is open to families

Sauna infusions are carried out regularly and are indicated in our daily announcements.

Children under 14 years are not allowed in saunas and other nude areas unless accompanied by a parent.
